What is the Enterprise Project Structure (EPS)?

The EPS is the hierarchical structure that identifies the company-wide projects and enables the organization & management of those projects. The EPS can mirror the way the organizational structure is set-up. This is the preference of the customer and how their projects may be best suited to roll-up. The node structure will depend on highest level and how they are indented as created. After creating the EPS nodes you will assign a Responsible Manager once they are created in the OBS.
