Estimate at Complete is different when project is open is different from when it is closed. Contractor stating that amounts are different.

If the project was summarized a few weeks prior, the data could be showing as old when the project is closed as closed project only show summary data on the projects window. The project may need to be summarized. An open project shows live data and closed project will show summarized data.
