User wants to copy a project from prior FY.

Copy old project from EPS Node to What-If section. Choose what project data will be carried over. If there are budgeted and actual hours for resources, that data should not be carried over to the new project as the new project start dates will most likely be in the future.  After project has been copied user can modify the data (project dates, activity dates, WBS codes, activity codes, resources, etc). After all changes have been made to the project in the what-if status, create a new project shell in the appropriate node and copy the WBS & activities from the what-if project to the new project.

Note*** - you can change WBS and project codes in the active section, but you can only change activity codes in the what-if section.
