I have negative float in my project. How can I fix this?

Check the total float by adding the Total Float column into your schedule. This will show the negative data. Then from there you can backtrack up the schedule to determine what is driving these negative floats. It could be a number of things. Out of sequence activities, non-progressed schedule, wrong finish dates or durations.
