Project scheduled services not running.
If your project scheduled services stop running or get hung up, go to the Projects Tab and there is a drop down for Project Scheduled Services. On the tool bar there is an icon that is a letter with an arrow. That is the service log. Bring that up to view why the service may have stopped or got hung up.

If you get browser errors (404, website not found, 505, http issue) with P6 EPPM and P6 Cloud, do this.
In any of the browsers your using, clear all history. That includes cookies, passwords, cache, active logins, and browsing and download history. Many URL's can become corrupted after using them over and over and having URL's open for the same site across several tabs.

Who can update activites in P6 EPPM and Team Member?
In P6, the responsible manager and project owner with project access and with the ability to edit activities in their project security profile.
In Team Member, the resource assigned and the activity owner can update the activities.

User is provisioned in the cloud admin, but can't log in after receiving notification email.
There may be a time when you have been provisioned in the cloud admin and received the email to log on and can't get in. This is usually just the outcome of a browser that needs to be cleared of all history. Clear out the browser history as well as the Java console history. Computer>Control Panel>Java>General>Settings>Delete files. Re-launch the browser and try to login.
