Go to Portal. Go to Primavera Administration.
Go to Filter User Status. Change to “Enabled”
From there they should be able to copy that out and dump in excel and they just need to see who has “P6/Unifier Production” access and enabled and they will see their enabled P6 users. From there they can send an email out and really just ask “who is using the application"
