• Global
permission sets determine a user's access to application-wide
information. All users are assigned a global permission set when they log into
the application if they have not yet been assigned a permission set directly.
The default permission set is View Only, but you can create a permission set to
assign as the default.
• Workspace
permission sets determine a user's level of access to the contents in
each workspace.
• Project
permission sets determine a user's level of access to each project's
data.
• Portfolio
permission sets determine a user's level of access to portfolio data.
• Report
permission sets determine a user's level of access to reports.
• File
permission sets determine a user's level of access to files.

permission sets determine a user's level of access to ideas.
